Would it be weird to send a birthday card to a guy I’ve been emailing from an internet dating site?
Posted on Jun 15, 2010 under email birthday cards| 6 CommentsI’ve met this guy three times and we have been emailing for about 5 months. Would it be weird to ask for his address and post him a birthday card? He is shy and I really like him 
We spend 10 hours together on Saturday. What could I write in the card to show him I like him?
If you had never met, I would say a firm and definite, non argumentative NO, but you have met him, and you must have been getting along, so, going about it the right way, not sounding creeping like you want to stalk him, but not giving it away that you want to send him a birthday card.
Be nice about it, and if he isn’t comfortable with giving you an address, definitely don’t push it. You could always email one to him instead.
As for what to put in it, that’s really up to you, but don’t be too heavy on the lovey dovey’s. Just be calm, cool, and casual and you’ll do fine.
