Here is our annual homemade holiday card making video. This time we did something a little different. This time we are selling two of our homemade holiday cards on eBay for a local charity. We have chosen to donate all proceeds form the eBay auction to the Salvation Army. The Salvation Army has been there for many of our friends in need. They have helped them with their electric bills, rent and food. They also give gifts out to the less fortunate children. It is such a heart warming thing they are doing and its wonderful to see the community pulling together to help the less fortunate. Brittany and Brianna thought this would be a great time to help the less fortunate by making these homemade cards. Once the auction closes we will bring the funds to one of the local Salvation Army volunteers and while we do this we will make sure to capture these priceless moments on video for all to see. Everyone who places a bid on our items will have their name or channel name listed in the description of the final video.

We will pick 10 names out of a hat and you will receive a homemade holiday card from us either in the US mail or you can have a digital copy of it sent to your email address. Please feel free to comment and rate this video even if you are not interested in having a holiday card.
The deadline for posting your name to be included in the raffle is December 22, 2008 at 11:00 PM est. We will have the raffle on December 23, 2008 in the evening. We will be sending out the cards to the winners within 2 days after the raffle.
We will also be having a subscriber appreciation video coming up soon for all those who have shown great support on our channel.

One of my favorite holiday movies to watch this time of year is the classic black and white film, “It’s a Wonderful Life.” Directed and produced by Frank Capra in 1946 and starring James Stewart as George Bailey. The movie is loosely based on the short story “The Greatest Gift” written by Philip Van Doren Stern. When the film was released it was considered a flop and a major disappointment to the studios. The studios thought Frank Capra was no longer capable making movies that made his films the must-see, money-making events they once were.
It’s a Wonderful Life was nominated for five Oscars without winning any, but the film has since been recognized by the American Film Institute as one of the 100 best American films ever made, and placed number one on their list of the most inspirational American films of all time.
